Lesson 1: Getting a Grip

You’ll learn about the benefits of time management and the common habits and activities that might make it difficult for you to take control of your life. You’ll also learn about the basic principles of time management.

Lesson 2: Finding Balance

You’ll assess how you spend your time so that you can eliminate unnecessary activities and make time for what counts in your life. You’ll also learn about the importance of making lists, and of understanding and using your energy cycles.

Lesson 3: Getting It Together at Work

Now that you’ve taken a look at your non-work life, you can turn your attention to your work life. In this lesson, you’ll learn strategies for managing your time (and space) at work and learn why relaxation is a necessary part of a balanced life.

Lesson 4: Getting Yourself Together

Get tips for overcoming absentmindedness and workaholic tendencies, and for dealing with lateness and procrastination. We'll show you how to understand and change your beliefs about time management so you can be reliable to yourself and others.
